Haflingerswiss refuses to accept it – but that does not change the matter

On 11 June 2026, we sent a registered letter to the Haflingerswiss Association for Breeding, Games and Sport regarding the domain haflingerswiss.ch. The letter was returned to us – marked ‘Refused’.

We wish to make it absolutely clear: anyone who actively refuses to accept a registered letter cannot avoid addressing the issue. Under the principle of deemed delivery recognised in Switzerland, a registered item whose acceptance is refused is generally deemed to have been delivered. The contents of our letter are therefore known – whether it was read or not. Refusal is not a way out, but a confirmation: they do not wish to face up to the issue.

We will not be silenced. Instead of letting the letter disappear into the bin, we are making it public. Everyone can now read for themselves what this is about and what we are demanding.
